No guarantee of profitability
No engagement I undertake includes any guarantee, express or implied, that a strategy will be profitable. I am paid to implement and to measure. Whether an underlying idea has an edge is a property of the idea, not of my implementation of it.
Backtested results are hypothetical
The results published on this site come from simulations run on historical data. They are hypothetical, involve no live capital and no live execution, and are subject to the limitations documented alongside them — including imperfect price data, estimated transaction costs, unmodelled components of the original method, and parameters swept on the same data used to score them. Backtested performance does not predict future results.
Trading involves risk of loss
Trading leveraged instruments including forex carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Any decision to trade, and any capital placed at risk, is entirely yours.
Scope of services
I do not manage accounts, execute trades on behalf of clients, hold client funds, take a share of trading profits, or advise on what to buy or sell. Where any of those activities would be regulated in your jurisdiction, I do not perform them.
Your data
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you sent.
